Digital printing
The best printing method if the label changes design and adapts to market conditions. This is also an excellent solution for small runs.
Double-sided printing
Printing not only on the front part of the label, but also on the adhesive layer. Allows you to see the image through transparent material, used as a decorative element.
Flexographic printing
The most popular and well-proven printing method. The SPEKTR-LINE equipment fleet includes 8 flexo machines with the ability to print up to 12 colors.
Foil stamping
Selective application of metal coating. Adds the natural shine of metal, silver, gold and many other metallized shades to the label.
Holograms
Holograms are optical elements on foil that create three-dimensional images with the effect of depth and movement. They are often used as anti-counterfeit labels because they are difficult to counterfeit.
Holographic effect
Holographic labels are made using a special material or foil that creates a “rainbow effect” that allows the design to “shimmer” and instantly make the product stand out from others on store shelves.
Lamination
Applying a transparent glossy or matte wrap to the label. Improves appearance and resistance to mechanical impact.
Lens
Using foil with a specialized pattern (Fresnel lens) to create a special “lens” effect, that creates a volumetric effect without making a relief on the surface of the label.
Printing with protective inks
The use of special varnishes and paints (luminescent, iridescent, perlescent, thermochromic, etc.) that serve as decoration and protection against counterfeiting.
Relief stamping
Creating a volumetric image on a label by extruding the material. The label becomes more attractive not only visually, but also with tactile contact.
Screen printing
Printing with stencil relief varnish, giving the image volume and texture. Relief varnish allows you to obtain visual volume and tactile effect on the label.
Silk Foil
Silk Foil technology is used to create volumetric metallized elements that decorate labels, most often for alcoholic and cosmetic products.
Through-cutting
Cutting out certain elements on the label to create a “window” effect in those areas. Creates a special decorative effect.
Variable numbering
Application of variable information that allows you to personalize products. Possibility of applying alphanumeric variable information, as well as printing barcodes, QR codes, Data Matrix codes.
Varnishing
Selective application of glossy, matte or special coating. Used as a decorative element and protection against mechanical, chemical and other impacts.
